Mr.N.Dhamodaran a technology enthusiast wanted to start a manufacturing setup which led him to acquire Coimbatore Machine Tools in 1974, later he had developed many ancillary units like Coimbatore Engineering Industries , Coimbatore machine works , Coimbatore Precision Pumps, Associated Foundries and Alloys and many more. Dinosaur manufactured Lathe machines, drilling machines, milling machines, punching machines, honing machines, and many custom based machines according to customer’s requirements. After serving few decades in machine tool Industries, for a diversification , the promoters of Coimbatore Machine Tools Mr. N.Dhamodaran and his brother N.Soundararajan and their team studied the requirements of Rayon Filament Yarn, Rayon Grade Pulp and Viscose Staple Fiber Industries. Other small units in Coimbatore were amalgamated and the promoters promoted Dinosaur Industries Ltd, Dinosaur Poly Rayon Equipements (Prop) and Dinosaur Steels Ltd, which started concentrating the needs of Rayon Filament Yarn, Rayon Grade pulp and Viscose Staple Fiber Industries. Rich knowledge and experience of Special Purpose Machine Building has been timely utilized by its Elite Indian and Overseas Customers. Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation experience, and Design Knowledge are the core strength of their Units. Dinosaur developed and supplied many equipment and spares to South India Viscose, Travancore Rayons, Fabelta NV- Belgium, Vicoseda Barcelona – Spain, North American Rayon Corporation , North Carolina in America ( USA ),Indian Rayon, Kesoram Rayon and century Rayon.

Mr. N. DHAMODARAN
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. N. DHAMODARAN serves as the Managing Director of DINOSAUR INDUSTRIES Ltd , Proprietor of DINOSAUR POLY RAYON EQUIPMENTS and Board Member of DINOSAUR STEELS LTD . Mr N. Dhamodaran is a technical expert in machine building and designing. He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad. For nearly 30 years, DHAMODARAN has led and guided the organization’s business interests in special purpose machines, special alloy components, steel and textiles. His thirst for technology is the backbone of our research team. His main emphasis is quality and satisfaction of clientele.
Mr. N. SOUNDARAJAN
Mr. N. SOUNBDARAJAN is a commercial expert and has over 35 years experience in human resource management. He heads Dinosaur steels Ltd and also serves as the board member of Dinosaur Industries Ltd. He has developed a wide network of sub contractors to ensure JIT supply.
Mr. M. RAMANI
Mr. M. RAMANI is a legal expert and fellow member in company secretary. He heads the legal department and looks after the company’s legal proceedings. He holds excellent negotiation skills and provides amicable arbitrary settlement in all legal proceedings.
Ms. D.SHIWANI
Ms. D. SHIWANI is a young technology enthusiast who has majored in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from PSG Institute of Technology And Applied Research. She has completed The Successful Negotiation course from University of MICHIGEN. She is fully involved in the day-to-day activities of the organization.
